PRODUCT TOUR
Everything dispatch needs, in one console
Four tools built around one radio channel: watch who is talking, go back through the archive, take the floor yourself, and manage who is on which channel.
Dispatch
Every channel's state on one wall — who is on air, who is connected, who has been quiet too long — and a way to cut through a busy channel from the same screen.
Archive
Every transmission is recorded and kept for as long as your plan says, so a call nobody caught is something you play back rather than guess at. Where your plan includes transcription it indexes the audio — the recording is always the record.
Talk
One button, hold to talk, one speaker at a time. From the phone in the field or from the console at the desk — the same channels and the same crew either way.
Channels
Group people the way your operation actually runs — by dock, by shift, by fleet — and manage who is on which channel without a spreadsheet.
SET UP IN AN AFTERNOON
How it works
01
Create your organisation
Signing up once creates your organisation, its first project and your admin account.
02
Set up channels
Mirror the teams you already have — yard, gate, fleet, maintenance — as channels.
03
Add your crew
Create each account in People and set its password. They install HiwaRadio from Google Play and sign in.
04
Go live
Hold the button and talk. Dispatch watches every channel from the console.
TAKE A LOOK
The console, up close
Two things people ask first
Yes — an admin with the priority privilege can take the floor from the console while someone else is speaking, and the transmission is stored marked as priority. It is deliberate to arm, never a stray click.
